We currently ship within Nepal only.


3) Product Information, Images, and Availability

We aim to provide accurate product details (price, description, usage, ingredients when available). However:

  • Product availability may change at any time.
  • We may correct errors in pricing or product information.

Product Image & Packaging Notice:
Product images on the website are for reference. Manufacturers may change packaging or product appearance without prior notice, so the delivered product may not exactly match the image shown online. This does not affect product authenticity.


4) Orders and Acceptance

  • Your order is considered confirmed once you receive an order confirmation from us.
  • We may cancel or limit an order if we suspect fraud, incorrect pricing, stock issues, or delivery restrictions. If a paid order is cancelled, we will refund the amount.

5) Payment Terms (Cash on Delivery and Urgent Delivery Pre-Payment)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is our default payment method.

For urgent/priority deliveries, we may require pre-payment. This will be clearly communicated and confirmed with you via WhatsApp or phone call before dispatch. If pre-payment is required, we may ask you to share proof of payment to proceed.


6) Shipping and Delivery

  • We use national delivery/courier partners for deliveries within Nepal.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on courier operations, location, weather, holidays, and other factors outside our direct control.
  • Please ensure your address and phone number are correct. Delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information may result in additional charges or order cancellation.

7) Returns and Refunds

Please read carefully:

Return/Refund Request Window

  • Customers must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the package to request a return or refund.

Eligibility & Product Condition

  • Items must be returned in a condition that allows inspection and verification.
  • Products will not be refunded if found tampered by the customer.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the returned product is received and inspected/approved.

8) Promotions and Discounts

Promotions may have conditions (valid dates, limited stock, product exclusions). Discounts and promo codes may not be combined unless stated.
